If according to Michael Dugher the chancellor is "out of touch" for travelling in first class assuming he thinks his own leader is also "out of touch" for doing exactly the same thing - well one difference Ed Miliband was deceitful about it by having the first class seat covers removed by his staff. So not only is Ed "out of touch" he's dishonest about his travel arrangements too:

Labour: "Out of touch" to travel 1st class - whoops
Michael Dugher MP, Labour's Shadow Cabinet Office Minister, released a statement today after George Osbrone was seen travelling in first class on a train: “Another day, another demonstration of how out of touch this Government is. Just like Andrew Mitchell, George Osborne obviously thinks it’s one rule for him and another for the plebs he’s so keen to sit apart from. So much for ‘we’re all in it together’."
